Forward Drive Health - Driving Forward Cure for Leukaemia Cancer. We are a Social Enterprise, not-for-profit company set up primarily to alleviate the physical, mental, and emotional distress caused to patients diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and other blood related cancers. In addition, the Company will support the prevention, treatment, and cure of the disease through donor awareness programs, fundraising programs, provision of information database through its website for BAME groups. We will also partner with other organisations and the National Bone Marrow Register for Stem Cell, Blood, and kidney Donations, locally in the United Kingdom and internationally in the west African sub region. The company is limited by guarantee and qualifies for government grants to carry out people oriented and impactful programs.

What We Do?
- Contribute to the prevention, treatment, and cure of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and other blood related cancer’s by working with government agencies, organisations, individuals, and other charities in the United Kingdom and Africa. We support and partner with other organisations to improve the chances of a BAME patient in finding stem cell matches.
- We will design and embark on projects to raise awareness about symptoms and diagnosis of blood related cancers among Black and Ethnic Minority groups; and we will provide physical and emotional advice and support to patients and families of those who have been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, Sickle Cell Disease, and other related blood cancers. Whilst we cherish the works of other charities that have been supporting and helping patients and families diagnosed with blood cancers over the years, we will partner with them to enhance their work and achieve beneficial objectives. Our Motto is to drive forward the cure for blood related cancer and sickle cell diseases.
- On the long term, we plan to open a register for stem cell blood donors in Africa including Lagos and Abuja Nigeria, in partnership with the corporate bodies. We will partner with government’s specialist facilities in Nigeria, the largest black population in sub-Sahara Africa to set up a National Bone Marrow register for the benefit of patients. We also plan to carry out programs for fund raising to support Leukaemia and other related blood cancer patients. To also attend to the myth surrounding donors, we aim to provide donor awareness programmes and marketing to encourage stem cell blood donations to alleviate the shortage of bone marrows needed for stem cell transplant operations among the BAME groups.
